FIRE ALARMS & MONITORING
CV. Protekindo Multi Service designs, installs and maintains fire alarm systems ranging from small multi-family housing to complex high-rise buildings and multi-building campus systems. We have extensive experience in buildings with complex smoke control, stair pressurization and related systems.
FIRE hydrant & hose reel systems
CV. Protekindo Multi Service designs, installs and maintains a fire hydrant, also called a fireplug, fire pump, or pump, is a connection point by which firefighters can tap into a water supply. It is a component of active fire protection. The main water supplies consist of towns mains (i.e. main water supply to buildings and houses) or pump fed ones which are connected to water tanks located on site.
Fire hose reels are located at strategic places in buildings to provide a reasonably accessible and controlled supply of water for fire extinguishing. These systems consist of pumps, pipes, water supply and hose reels located strategically to ensure proper coverage of water to combat a fire.
The system is manually operated and activated by opening a valve
enabling the water to flow into the hose that is typically 30 meters away. The
system pressure loss will activate the pump ensuring adequate water flow and
pressure to provide a water jet of typically a minimum of 10 meters from the
nozzle.
Although fire hose reels have become less common these days, yet
there are situations where hose reels remain the only option. At such
instances, it is important to maintain them in an operable condition so that
they can be relied upon in the event of fire.
FIRE sprinkler systems
Fire can spread quickly and threaten property and life with devastating effects. With a well-maintained sprinkler system, fires can be controlled or extinguished. One size doesn’t fit all – we specialize in the design, installation, testing, inspection and maintenance of all types of fire sprinkler systems and components including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, ESFR, fire pumps, water storage tanks, standpipes, water mist, and more.
CLEAN AGENT FIRE sUPPRESSION
Loss of data and productivity is preventable with effective monitoring and properly designed, installed, and serviced clean agent fire protection systems. At CV. Protekindo Multi Service , we offer innovative solutions to integrate all of your fire protection needs. From our specialization in clean agent fire suppression to alarm solutions and service maintenance; our services are geared toward fulfilling our mission of protecting life, property, and business continuity. Learn more about each of our clean agent fire suppression gases below.
FE-25
The reasons for using DuPont™ FE-25™ versus
other Halon 1301 replacement options are compelling. As international
regulatory bodies begin to mandate the removal of Halon 1301 from total
flooding applications, DuPont™ FE-25™ can replace Halon 1301 in existing
systems, with minimal system modifications.
FM200
FM-200® fire suppressant stops fires fast. When
you consider the potentially devastating environmental effects of an uncontrolled
fire, it’s easy to see that an FM-200® system is an important part of an
environmentally responsible fire suppression solution.
NOVEC1230
A fire that is out of control can cost you a
whole lot more than money. 3M™ Novec™ 1230 Fire Protection Fluid is an HFC
alternative that works fast, clean and efficiently to stop a fire before it
reaches the “flame stage,” so you and your staff never miss a beat.
INERGEN
ANSUL® INERGEN® systems protect enclosed areas
where there is a need for quick reaction to a fire, where people may be
present, where fire may strike day or night, and where damage from conventional
agents cannot be tolerated. This environment-friendly, people-safe agent boasts
ZERO ozone depletion potential, ZERO global warming potential, and ZERO
atmospheric lifetime.
ARGONITE
Argonite
System uses an inert gas that offers effective fire protection with zero
environmental impact. It is a simple blend of 50% Argon gas and 50% Nitrogen
gas with a density similar to that of air. Both Argon and Nitrogen are clean,
natural gases that are readily available throughout the world.
Argonite
is safe and effective for use on many applications-it is well suited for leaky
enclosures such as flight simulators, substations, and control rooms and for
applications with multiple hazards.
CO2
Carbon
Dioxide C02 Fire Suppression System is an engineered system available in three
application configurations: total flooding (for unoccupied areas), local
application or hand-hose line. System includes detectors, a control unit, agent
storage cylinders, piping and discharge nozzles. Gaseous carbon dioxide rapidly
suppresses fire by a combination of cooling and oxygen displacement. Discharge
duration and agent flow rates are customized for the individual application.
SMALL SPACE FIRE sUPPRESSION
CV. Protekindo Multi Service designs, installs and maintains Direct & Indirect Release Fire Suppression System.
Fire system uses a
proprietary continuous linear tube that reliably detects fire and pneumatically
actuates release extinguishing agent. It is more flexible, space efficient and
cost effective than alternative mechanical or electronic systems.
Install Directly Inside
Electrical Cabinets, CNC Machines, or Fume Cabinets
Flexible sensor tubing is easily installed on cabinet or enclosure walls or
roofs, or anywhere a fire could likely start. When in service, the tubing is
pressurized with dry nitrogen to 240 psi. The dynamics of pressurization make
the tubing more reactive to heat.
Early Fire Detection
If a flame-up occurs, the
fire's heat causes the pressurized sensor tube to burst at the hottest spot
(approximately 240º F).
Instant Suppression
The sudden tube depressurization actuates the special pressure
differential valve and instantly floods the entire cabinet area with extinguishing
agent. The fire is quickly suppressed just moments after it began...minimizing
damage and downtime.
Aerosol fire suppression generators provide highly effective, environmentally friendly fire suppression for fires in enclosed facilities and local spaces. Unlike FM-200, Halon or C02, the systems don't require the pressure vessels, pipe work, and installation manpower.
The
aerosol generators are virtually maintenance free. The Aerosol fire suppression generators effectiveness is a function of
its patented design, aerosol composition, and the ultra-fine aerosol particles
produced. Both are non-toxic, and non-corrosive.
The
agent is potassium based, and is 5 times as effective as Halon. Primary
extinguishing mechanism is chemical interference with free radicals of flame,
which interrupts the propagation of fire.
Aerosol fire
suppression is an
ideal fire solution for energy storage containers, or sea cans with power generators.
VEHICLES,
GAS STATION, PAINt BOOTH, INDUSTRIAL AND MARINE FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS
Our automatic suppression system technicians perform semi-annual inspections and
upgrades to all types of vehicles, gas station, paint booth, industrial dry
chemical systems and marine systems. For new install.
COMMERCIAL
